Call (206) 353-5149 and leave a message or e-mail Stephen at smarafino@aol.com to set up an appointment for a consultation. He will return your call or e-mail you back to arrange the time and date for the appointment.
 
The charge for a 60-minute consultation is $100 payable by cash, visa or master card.
 
For telephone appointments, there is an extra $5 fee if you would like the session recorded and a cassette tape of the session mailed to you.
